Error: Unable to identify user. What to do when you get this message.



When you are trying to change your e-mail address in your Verji-user, and you see this message:


There are some important steps to follow when changing your e-mail address:


  1. The change has to happen on the same unit, i.e. you can not change the e-mail address on your laptop, and confirm it on your mobile phone,
  2. It also has to be done in the same web browser. You open a new tab and log in to your e-mail you are changing TO, and is where you will receive a verification e-mail.


This is happening as a security measure.
