How do I re-send an invitation?
- Click on your name in the top left corner.
- In the menu, choose ''Portal''.
- Under ''Invitations'' you can see the status for your invited users.
- If the user has not activated their Verji-account (indicated by a light yellow background colour), you can click the white button to the right with the two blue arrows forming a square.
- You can now edit the e-mail adress, mobile phone number and Welcome message included in the invitation.
- double-check user level (standard or administrator)
- Click ''Re-invite''.
- The user will now receive a new invitation to their e-mail, from the sender firstname.lastname@example.org
