If you see the error message "Invalid login attempt" during login attempts, this usually means either the wrong username or password has been used.


You must use your username from the invitation e-mail during activation, not your e-mail address.

Once you have activated your account, you can use both your username and e-mail address to log in.


For new users, the temporary password from the invitation e-mail must be used, and for existing users, you must use the password you created yourself during activation.
